I bought a used phone from the Apple Store in the US (I'm from the Caribbean) so they unlocked it and it worked fine up until I reset my phone and now it's saying that my sim is invalid. What do I do?

That message indicates the phone is carrier locked. Only the carrier it's locked to can remove the lock. You'll have to contact them.
Sorry, not used but rather "stripped" which means that it just came with the phone and the charger. It was bought in an Apple Store.
The weird thing is that my sim card is for the correct carrier. In About, it says that the carrier is bmobile (a Caribbean network) and my sim is a bmobile card. I've already tried resetting again and I've already tried another sim on the same network, any ideas?
I'm still not sure what you are describing for the phone. I have never seen the Apple Store sell phones that people bring in, "stripped" as you describe it.
The information about what Tim wrote is based on the SIM being Not Supported. The invalid SIM is addressed in the link that sberman provided. If the steps in that document did not work, the final step is to contact Apple Support. Have you done that yet? No one here could correct the issue that you are having, you need to get assistance from Apple.
