I bought the new iphone xs with 64gb and my old iphone was 32gb and for some reason my new gb don’t reflect in my icloud, it keeps saying storage full. I

Apple gives you 5GB of iCloud Storage free with each Apple ID. Buying a new device which has larger storage on the device itself doesn't change the amount of iCloud storage that you have.
