Play/pause button doesn't work with spotify now with the Touch Bar

Whenever I hit the button it plays or pauses something in Chrome! How do I fix this? It used to work perfectly and now it's broken.

The did I unlink something with the touch bar?

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.14

Load chrome://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling in the Chrome address bar; this should open the right flag when loaded.
Set the Hardware Media Key Handling flag to Disabled.
Restart Google Chrome.
