Cannot Login to Apps Store & iTunes

Hi, i find you to help my case. Here the case :

a. I cannot login to Apps Store & iTunes using my Apple ID.

b. iMessage and Facetime still waiting for activation.

Whats happen? and what am i supposed to do? Really need your help in advance.
