Maximum memory??

What is the maximum memory I can install to upgrade my Mac mini (2018)? I currently have 8gb

It has two SO-DIMM slots and I think the largest DDR4 modules available are 32GB (Samsung introduced those last year). So until somebody produces larger capacity DDR4 SO-DIMMs, that’s the best you can do - a pair of 32GB.


If larger capacity modules do become available, it’s always possible they’d work in the current Mac Mini. Places like OWC will be sure to offer anything like that if it becomes available in the future as an upgrade.
