iTune account

Hi, I received notification that I have been locked out of my iTune. I attempted to update my credit card information but unable to do that.

Question is how can I unlock. my account?

If you are getting a message saying that the account is locked try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


If instead it's a message saying that it's disabled contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
