unable to share screen

I have enabled File sharing, Remote Login and Remote Management. I have made sure the user's name is enabled and has right access in those three components. Share Screen has been set as part of Remote Management. Can you please tell me why the user is not able to access my Imac via mac book pro?

P lease reset the NVRAM (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063) on both computers and then please verify your settings are correct per https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/share-the-screen-of-another-mac-mh14066/mac
