Unapproved charge

I was charged from Apple Music $13.99 today, this charge was unauthorized, I would like to get a credit on my MasterCard or refund, thank you.

Does it show on your iTunes account ? If it does, and if you claim you never tried/subscribed to Apple Music, contact Support and see what they say (obviously nobody on here can refund anything, you know that we are just fellow users) :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
