I just bought an album that contained a non drm version of a track I bought in 2007 in the drm version. I can't find the non drm track. (The new one) Why?

Do you mean you purchased the DRM version in 2007, and purchased the non-DRM version recently? Make sure to delete the DRM version from your library, and then re-download the non-DRM version, per this procedure:
