Apple Watch series 4 dictation slow

My dictation is really slow for speech to text. Or even Siri. I’ll say hey Siri and both devices will go off but my watch will finish like 2 minutes later. I tried unpairing it.. twice. Then I tried turning off Siri for a moment and turning it back on then I tried turning on and off dictation. Sometimes the dictation works but when I really need it it doesn’t work. It’s a solid 30 second delay.
