Missing keywords in file info
Now file info in finder show only first 10-15 keywords of the file and note how many more are hidden. How can I back to the view with all keywords list of the file?

There is nothing you can do. Apple would have to revise the Finder Get Info code. If you want to see all keywords, open the PDF in Preview, and from Preview's Info button select the magnifying glass icon in that panel to show a scrollable list of keywords.
You can provide feedback to the macOS product team too.

No way to copy the entire list of keywords from the Get Info panel, or from within Preview, but Adobe Acrobat Reader DC properties panel allow you to select, copy, and paste keywords.
It is also possible to get a sorted list of PDF keywords with a programmatic solution.
What I have observed in Mojave 10.14.5 is that although it truncates the displayed list of keywords with the word more, if you hover your mouse over the listed keywords, it may float a (timed) vertical list of all keywords. It is not consistent, and you may have to move the pointer around in that shown list of keywords.
Interestingly, it does not display a sorted list of keywords, although Preview shows them sorted in its keyword display, and Adobe Acrobat Reader shows them sorted in its Properties panel.
Thank you for your reply. At least I have stopped searching for decision :)
I'm familiar with other ways to find keywords, just messing this easy and fast method to copy keywords.
