Trying to Screen Capture on notability

Hello All,

Bit of an issue. I am using Screen Recorder to record the screen and sound on the app Notability to modify, mark and draw on a pdf slideshow. This is the issue i'm running into.

I end the recording the file is more than 10 min long. There will be times where the time of the video will be longer than 20 min. My concern is uploading it to Google Drive, Apple Files all convert the file to .MP4 while attaching it in the mail app gives me a .mov file. The problem is long .mov files can't be attached to emails, cause of the limit. So my question is how can I get my video files onto a PC without losing audio? Cause every cloud provider I use converts it to MP4 which makes no sound appear on the video.

How can I get these video recordings out of the iPad and into a PC without losing audio. I know about airdrop but I don't have a mac that's compatible with it.
