SIM card and network

unknown passcode was entered and I took my iPad to someone who manage to unlock it. But since then my iPad can't recognize sim card and show up network. In the settings, there is no phone settings. What's wrong and how can it be repaired?

Hmm. I'm thinking your device may have had a hardware failure then - the model you gave me does match with it being a wifi+cellular device.


You need to go to an Apple store for more help.
