iTunes subscription

Months ago, I wanted to give Apple Music a try, but days after I just cancelled my membership. Yesterday, I received a message saying the payment of my Apple Music subscription had trouble to be done BUT I CANCELLED IT MONTHS AGO. Please, I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
