Transit Map Widget just says ERROR

Transit Maps Widget only says 'ERROR' since last update, iOS 12.2. I have reset privacy and location and reset my settings, deleted and readied it over and over. HELP!

iPad Pro Weather Widget keeps displaying a deleted city I’ve deleted Post Falls from the weather app on all my devices several times and it still shows Post Falls in the widget on the iPad. No matter how many times I edit the list and remove these cities, it still displays Post Falls in the widget and when I open the app all those cities are back in there. Resetting the iPad doesn’t help. What can I do to make my current location appear in the widget? I’ve turned location services on and given access to location to the app.

My phone shows location services on as well as on Google maps sharing my location Always. I am getting errors from Life360 and others that I need to share my location. Where else do I change this? I get an error that I do not have location on but in settings and Google maps it shows it is on. Where else do I change that?
