Cannot receive two-factor authentication code and calls

Hi,

I'm a developer and I have enrolled iOS developer account (paid $99 per year)

I have troubles accessing my account (primarily from developer.apple.com), when asked two-factor authentication code I never received it, I have tried text the code and call but my phone got nothing.


I also tried to recover my account, when the site asked me my phone number it said that the phone number is wrong, I'm not sure what happened because I'm sure that I entered the correct phone number, even the last two number matched


My dev account is not bound with any macs or iPhones right now , the number I used for registration is in an Android phone


So now I got locked out of my own account, is there anything I can do?


P.S In case anyone wondering how I'm able to write this post, I'm borrowing my colleague's account
