Contacts app is frozen
I have restarted my phone but contacts are still frozen. Am only able to see the beginning of the list. Contacts work normal in the phone app.

Force close the contacts app and then try again.
Slowly swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to the app switcher. You will see all of your suspended apps in smaller preview windows. Swipe to the right until you get to the contacts app and swipe up and off the screen on the preview window to force close the app.
See if it works after that. If it doesn’t, try it again, but also restart the phone and then see if the app works correctly.
