Itune backup problem

Hey there!

My name is Seth. and yes it's seem i have a trouble backing up my iphone 7plus device. As you can see in the picture below i tried many times and the results are still the same after I've done upgrading the itune to it latest versions. Also i deleted all my old backup as well just to make sure the below problems won't pop up but yer it still the same. Could you tell me how to fix this please?
