Movie data from iPhoneXr doesn't play on my computer

I have videos that I recorded on my phone and when I saved them on my computer, they don't play. When I double click the recorded video I get a message, the QuickTime Player can't open.

If I right click the file I get to choose to open it with QuckTime, iTunes or VLC.

iTunes and VLC plays the sound but no image.

Can somebody help me, I am not super comp say :-)
