Display screen color problem

Hi everyone. I switched on my macbook pro 15 inch and suddenly, theres slight glitches and the color was weird. I thought I had to restart or switch on and off but it didn’t seems much of help. I need answers on whether I should go down to the retail store and send for repairment.
