My MacBook Pro 13" screen doesn't have the right colors. I've tried to change the colours and monitor settings but still the same problem. How to know if my screen is damaged?

Yes. Screen shots come directly from the GPU, so that is not your problem, since the screen shot looks perfect.
However you have a hardware issue—the Display or display cable. If you want to fix the issue you will have to take it in for service.
There is nothing you can do here.

What year 13" MBP ?
Old issue, new issue, what changed?
