How do you add a number that comes up as No Caller ID?

Whenever my mom calls me from her home phone, No Caller ID appears on my phone. She has given me her number and I added it to contacts, but it still appears as No Caller ID. Why is this happening, and is there a fix?

Your mom is blocking the number, there is nothing you can do at your end. She needs to unblock sending caller ID at her phone.
