My phone won’t let me up date my bank card without verifying my old card which I don’t know the ccv anymore and I can’t delete my old one cause it wants a card on the system but it won’t let me add my new one with out verifying the old card

It was cause I had the family sharing thing on thank you soooo much your a legend
If you tried these steps and you still can’t remove your last payment method, contact Apple Support.
That correct it won’t let me remove the old one and won’t let me add a new one without verifying the old card So I need help and knowing how I can add my new card
