Hi,
I am looking for a way to have spell check (the red squiggles) on safari browser when I am typing on websites. For my work and typing needs, autocorrect is not helpful and actually hinders me. I truly need a spell check not autocorrect. Any suggestions?

Well, from the iOS side that's what you get. You can go to App Store and look for Spell Checker apps, of which I feel confident you'll find some.
It's still embedded in iOS and likely won't do any more than what you've already seen. I honestly think what you want can best be found in a 3rd party app.
Oh, KelseyH90, that’s so good to hear! I have it on my widget page, but hadn’t figured out quite how to use it yet.
It does underline? I know it seemed like an extra step, when I first looked, as it seemed one would have to paste things in there which I wondered would be cumbersome.

Thank you. But unfortunately when I try that it only lets me know there’s an error if I tap on the word. The silly red squiggly lines don’t show up.

Glad to help. You've heard the expression "there's an app for that?" And so there are. And likely many.
What about the Spell Check that comes with the ShortCut widget? Would that work?
I downloaded it and it does work, underlines the incorrect words and everything. It’s an extra step but worth it for know! Thanks for the idea!
