I’m trying to transfer money from Apple Pay wallet to my bank account and it’s saying the Apple Pay is unavailable I’ve been trying for the past 2 hours to transfer this money over
Are you trying to use instant transfer or are you trying to do it the other way? Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
You need a Visa debit.
