hi! i am trying to factory reset my phone to get around a forgotten restrictions code... i'm doing that through itunes, but in order to do that, i have to disable fmip. it has been pending for like 3 hours now, and on my phone it says it will be erase when i'm connected to the internet-- except that i absolutely am connected to the internet. what do i do?

Except your phone is not connected to the Internet if you are getting that message.
You can also get around a forgotten restrictions passcode by following these instructions-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support. Just follow them carefully.
