Retrieving restrictions passcode

i tried backing my phone up but I can't turn off find my phone without the code and I can't find the restrictions code what do I do?

iPhone 8, iOS 12

If you don’t know the restrictions passcode, your only remedy is to erase the iPhone and set it up as new.

Yea but I can't reset it without the passcode and when I go on computer and do it it fails, I tried to turn off find my iPhone but I can't without the restrictions code because it goes to everything
