Installing MacOs Sierra

I reset my MacBook Air yesterday. I erased my disk utility, now I need to install macOS Sierra. However, a pop up message, « macOS failed to download. Download from purchases page » appears. How do I access purchases page when I’ve just reset my Mac and have no access to my App Store?
