Apple Pay cash

I try to transfer money from the Apple Pay cash card to my bank account but it gives me an error, I already did all my card information twice to make sure it was correct too

iPhone XR, iOS 12

I am going to suggest something that may mess some stuff up but it may not be too bad. Go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings. This does not delete any data.
