iCloud drive does not sync anymore from MacBook Pro

Hello,

after re-installing macOS Mojave 10.14 using a Time Machine backup iCloud drive does not sync anymore.

There is a greyish dotted line cloud symbol next to some folders like Numbers.

This affects only this Mac, other iOS and macOS devices are syncing fine.

The most obvious hints I have already tried, but not the signing out of iCloud.

Are there any more things to check?

Thank you

In the Mac Terminal program (in the Utilities folder), type:

killall bird

cd ~/Library/Application\ Support

rm -rf CloudDocs

then immediately restart the computer. iCloud syncing will begin automatically.

After reboot you can see what's happening in Terminal by typing:

brctl log -w

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14
