I wanted to download my new updated natwest app,but I could not sigh in to the apstore.

I know my apple ID and the password.

Sign in in your account in iTunes. When you purchase or download something you will probably be asked for your ID and password again to authorise it.

I have done it,still could not get into the appstore. It seems that my ID and my password had been accepted then I nothing happened.

It might be a temporary glitch at Apple's end, but it things don't improve contact Support and report it.
