My AirPods Won’t connect.

At first, it was just my left AirPod that stopped working. I had reset it like a million times but it wouldn’t fix. The left AirPod worked sometimes, then last night it stopped working at all. When I woke up it still didn’t work, so I reset it but the white light didn’t flash over and over, and I clicked forget this device and it couldn’t connect to my IPhone. I tried updating my phone, but that helped nothing. Can someone please help me?
