My airpods white light keep on flashing when the lid is open. I couldn’t connect to any of my devices also. Please help me to solve the issue

I got an issue with my right airpod and i chose to forgot my device from iphone. After that when I tried to reconnect , the device’s white light keeps on flashing and not getting connected with any of my devices. Could anyone can help me to solve the issue. I am using Iphone XS MAX and airpod2 with wireless. Both OS are updated to the latest versions.
