I had a problem with game ( Minecraft) I defeated it, then I tried to redowloaded it, but it wrote me that it costs money, but I ALREADY PURCHASED IT. Can you help me and make it free for me, I have account on my IPad, but I want to play Minecraft on the phone

You must have purchased it with a different Apple ID. If you are logged into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used the first time you downloaded it there would be not charge to download it. That's why you should never change Apple ID accounts, only the Apple ID email address.
