Minecraft payment

I already have Minecraft on my phone. My tablet uses the same account as my phone but the app store still says I have to pay to get the game but l already paid? Do I have to pay again to get it on my tablet because I have the app on my phone?

If it's the same account that downloaded the app the app is free to download : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
