We are all other users here and cannot do anything and Apple cannot lock it down. If you had find my phone set up, you can do it. Otherwise, report it to police.
And, it is not safe to publish such info online, so I will ask the hosts to remove the screenshot with all the info.
Nobody here can do anything about your lost or stolen device. We are all just fellow users of Apple products, like yourself.
If you had setup find my iPhone on it before it went missing, you can login to your iCloud account at www.icloud.com in any web browser and remote lock it there. But if find my iPhone was not already activated on it, then there is nothing you can do about it remotely now.
And Apple itself does not get involved with people’s lost or stolen personal property.
Report the theft to the police and your carrier.
