Refund

If I buy something, a movie for example, using iTunes Gift Card and regret it, can I refund it? I mean, not the gift card itself but the movie I've just acquired?

That's up to the iTunes Store staff. Click here and ask them for a refund, or if you get an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.
