Audio lagging behind videos using Bluetooth

on both my iPhones 6s and SE and my IPad mini 2 Bluetooth headphones of any kind and even my car connection via Bluetooth, audio doesn’t sync with video and lags badly behind. Particularly with YouTube but also happens with movies downloaded from iTunes, and home videos synced via iTunes from computer. Issued has been going on since IOS 12.1 and I don’t see any post but both my phones and my iPad are all doing it. Please address this issue
