In Settings>Messages, is MMS Messaging toggled on?

If you see Group Messaging is this on also?

If the answer to both of those is yes, contact your carrier for more help.

I am finding that messages an individual texts to a group text are showing up in that person individual text thread with me rather than the group text thread. It’s very confusing.
