iTunes does not have an “account“.

Perhaps you mean:

• Apple ID. An Apple ID does not get deactivated. It may get disabled. If that’s what you mean, you should tell us.
• Apple Music subscription. You would have to resubscribe. Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
