Hi I'm on Macbook Pro 13" and have a dead black pixel in the center of the screen.
It showed up after a month of using.
What can I do to fix it?

It's a defective pixel. No way to resolve it except replace whole screen.
Try to contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar if it's covered by one year warranty.
