No sound on my Macbook

Hallo Apple Support

The sound on my Macbook isn't working :( I have tried to turn on the internal speakers and nothing happened.. What do I do? :)

Hi,

Resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

I will try that :) My sound on Siri is working. but not in other apps and safari :(
