Thanks Roger but I've tried all those possibles. For clarity, I'm trying to help a friend who is 74 years old and he seems to have messed up his account details whilst using his old iPad = He has his Apple ID which he uses to log into his iCloud account, therefore without his password he can't access either. He has forgotten his 'security question/answers'. He only uses his iPad to surf the net but is stuck. I'm trying to assist him and have already asked for a reset by email but he can't log onto his email either as it's an iCloud email account for which he can't remember his password and he didn't set up a recovery email account (he's not to confident with computers). I've logged a telephone callback with Apple and hope they call me to get some advice to assist. Again, thanks for your prompt reply. KR, Alex
