iphone 5s won’t download last update and keeps telling me its because im not connected to the internet although im on wifi. showing errror by my cellular data. please help

Sometimes it will show a Wi-Fi connection, but it is not really connected:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
Get help with over-the-air iOS updates
If no help, try using iTunes as explained in this link: Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
