I can’t update any of my apps and it keeps asking me to update my payment method. I have no outstanding bills and it won’t let me put in my billing information. Please help!!

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
Many times it just requires the 3 digit code from your bank card and not a full reentry of the band card info.
