Do I need paragon driver to use Seagate Backup plus with Time Machine on my Mac?

The driver is needed to access drives formatted as NTFS for Windows. However, if the Seagate drive is formatted as NTFS for Windows, it cannot be used with Time Machine at all.
You would need to format the drive as macOS extended Journaled to use it with Time Machine, and then you do not need a driver.
