I cannot connect my new powerbeats pro to my late 2016 MacBook Pro 15-inch I get an error trying to connect in bluetooth. They are paired fine on my iPhone8 and Mac Pro
Any ideas?

I had to reset the Powerbeats Pro, open case, make sure both are inserted, then press and hold button down for 15 seconds at least until the led goes red then white. Then remove the Powerbeats on the MacBook Pro and re connect them to the system. I also had to forget them on my other devices, iPhone and Mac Pro, then re-add the Powerbeats Pro.
