May be I’m asking from a wrong part of the world. Why is it that I can’t access (apple news+) when I click the link in my safari on the apple webpage?
I’m running iOS 12.3 and neither can I access on my iPhone, iPad Pro nor MacBook...
some guidance please??

The News app is only supported in 4 countries (Australia, Canada, the UK, and USA) and News+ is only supported in half of that. So no, Africa isn’t a supported region.
