Can’t redeem correct amount

Tried to redeem a $50.00 ITunes gift card,IPhone said that it was successfully done,when checking the balance,I saw that only $25.00 was added to the balance

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.
