Hi I just got a new iPhone XR had the (7 plus) and nun of my apps will download they are either stuck on that black faded look or just keep say waiting or say loading but will be stuck I also can’t download any from the App Store I have power on and of my phone logged out of AppStore and iTunes and even reset my phone nothing will work!!
